So lets talk about the importance of looking after our energy centres and how much better we feel when we do. Everyone and anyone will benefit from even just a little more awareness and work on their chakras.

Yep. We all feel less than wonderful at times for all kinds of reasons and often after a series of events that leave us drained. Our chakras can accumulate negative energy just as easily as the positive, and can become slowed down in their spin or blocked.
So what are Chakras?
Ancient Sanskrit texts define a chakra as being a point in the body where many energy channels (216 to be exact) converge, forming a spiral of energy. They are spinning wheels of spiritual energy essential to the emotional, physical and mental functions of the physical and etheric human body (mind, body and soul). There are thousands of channels (also known as meridians) and smaller chakras within the body, but these 7 main chakra points of convergence are the ones we need to focus upon most. receive and transmit energy all the time. Whatever we go through, they are affected too, they can become congested and slow. If we’ve been through a lot, one or more of the chakras can even become blocked.

Sometimes life’s ups and downs can leave us all out of sorts, feeling out of balance and in need of a cleanse of the dross we’ve accumulated.

How To Book Your Chakra Cleanse & Balance:
I can do this distantly wherever you are in the world at a prearranged time. If you prefer, I can send while you sleep. The cleansing and balancing of your chakras takes between 30-45 minutes.
1. Click on the Book Now button and scroll down to select your preferred appointment type or block of appointments from the list. You will be directed to my online calendar to book your appointment (UK time) which is auto confirmed by email.
If booking a block, book your first appointment in, then contact me to arrange the rest as and when you feel you need them. I can send distantly at night while you sleep – you can select times in the evening to suit for distant healing.
Appointment times shown are London UK time as that is where I am. Most smartphone clocks have a world clock option where you can see what time it is here in London. Appointments can be rescheduled only in advance with at least 24 hours notice (up to 2 times) but not refunded. If you miss your appointment time on the day there are no refunds as I have allocated my time to you for that period.
